About The Library
This library branch was named after former library director, Margaret K. Troke. "Troke" rhymes with "hokey pokey."
(That's how Margaret Troke pronounced it, so that's how we say it.)
The Troke Branch opened in October of 1979 in north Stockton, at the corner of Benjamin Holt Drive and Inglewood Drive.
